Speed tests with a contact option

Introduction

A privacy policy must contain contact information.

At the page Writing a GDPR-compliant privacy notice it is stated that (...) If an organization is collecting information from an individual directly, it must include the following information in its privacy notice: The identity and contact details of the organization, its representative, and its Data Protection Officer (...)

 

Method of measurement

For this test, we visit the speed test privacy policy and do a manual inspection to find any contact options. For the speed tests that don't have a privacy policy, we check the homepage for a contact option.

 

Speed tests to test

For this test we initially tests the privacy policies as mentioned at Speed tests with a privacy policy. To be complete we also test the speed tests without a privacy policy.
