Toast is a miscellaneous speed test. The results are absolutely nowhere near the true values.

This may be related to the method of testing. This is because a compressed JPEG image of 21.8 MB is downloaded.

The Toast speed test downloads this image

With an advertised download speed of 100 Mbps, Toast measures 45 Mbps.

The measured speed is 45 Mbps instead of 100 Mbps

That is that incorrect, that this speed test is not recommended.
