TL;DR
The most important tests performed by the 2GDPR test relate to the use of cookies. It is becoming clear that the biggest problem with cookies is that cookies are placed before the user has given consent.

Introduction
The 2GDPR test, is a online test which tests a website on the following aspects:
- Safety of personal data collection forms (GDPR)
- Prior consent to other than strictly necessary cookies (ePrivacy)
- Prior consent to personal data (GDPR)
- Personal data is transmitted to 'adequate countries' (GDPR)
- Other risks of personal data breaches (GDPR)
The Prior consent to other than strictly necessary cookies is a roughly the same test as our Strictly necessary cookies test.
The Other risks of personal data breaches is a partly the same test as our Secure speed tests test.
Method of measurement
For this test, we submit the link of the speed test homepage. We note whether there are any issues and, if so, which test(s) they relate to.
Speed tests to test
Because this is a relative simple test, the unique speed tests as collected at ZOMDir will be tested.

Conclusions
There are:
- 2 speed test could not be tested
- 7 speed tests without issues
- 2 speed tests have the issue Prior consent to personal data
- 16 speed tests have the issue Prior consent to other than strictly necessary cookies
- 3 speed tests have the issue Unsecured connections exist
There are no findings regarding:
- Safety of personal data collection forms
- Personal data is transmitted to 'adequate countries'
Note that in the Strictly necessary cookies test we concluded that none of the 20 speed tests place strictly necessary cookies correctly.
This test confirms that the main problem with cookies is that cookies that are not strictly necessary are placed directly without the user's consent.
