Too slow speed due to server location?
Verizon automatically selects an American test server location while we test from the Netherlands.
Previous tests showed that the server location has no significant effect on the speed. The server location will have an effect on the latency, but that is something different than the speed or rather the bandwidth that we measure.
So we can only conclude that Verizon structurally measures a speed that is too low.
